Setting up and Packing up
I would also like to thank everyone who help in the packing up after wards.
A special thank go to Erika S and Samantha W. Who at every meeting get the kitchen ready urn on,
coffee and tea ready? Would also thank those who bring cakes biscuits etc.

Shane S & Geoff F are doing a great job with the little help that they are getting with articles. We would
like to see other members helping. You can write about a tree or a trip to a nursery a bonsai show
even some pictures that you have taken etc.
Bev thank you we all thank you. The library is there for all but your help makes it special.
The committee has bought a few new books throughout the year adding to our all ready extensive library.
The first thing I would like to do is thank the committee for all there help have given me in the last 2 year,
they all have been very help full.
A special thank you to Geoff he has been the back bone of this committee working hard at all times.

Conclusion
I have enjoyed the last 2 years in office.
The meetings are attended by large number of members and guests. The members are always willing to
put up there hand when help is needed. Our members make our club the success it is.
